TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the terms defined in this list.(I know it's a long list, but most of it is common sense, promise!)
GENERAL:
I, the artist, reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
I will not tolerate rude or abusive behavior. This will result in the termination of our contract, cancellation of your commission, and loss of my willingness to work with you in the future.
I do not allow my work to be used as NFTs, minted to blockchains, or paid for with cryptocurrency.
You, the customer, get personal use rights to the artwork with your commission. You may not profit commercially off of my work.
If you do not want me to post your commission (watermarked appropriately) publically elsewhere, please request so.
CREDITING:
If art or designs are posted on toyhou.se, please credit to my username "sleetstep" on the site: https://toyhou.se/sleetstep
I am also "sleetstep" on the following sites: comicfury, instagram, twitter, youtube. I am "sleetsteps" on deviantART. Either this carrd or the social media profiles listed are appropriate for credit!
PAYMENT:
Payment is in USD and via PayPal
I require full payment upfront before starting your commission.
PROCESS OF COMMISSION:
Please allow 1–4 weeks for completion: dependent on complexity, my own life circumstances, et cetera.
Feel free to ask for WIPs (within reason).
If there is an element of your commission that I am uncertain with (pose, expression, correct translation of your design, etc.) I will be proactive in sending you a WIP to make sure everything is coming along smoothly.
After completion, minor edits are free (color / shading errors, missing marks) but major edits that require a large amount of re-drawing will require an additional charge.
REFUNDS:
Commissions are only fully refundable before being started. After the sketch, I will only refund 50%. If I'm further along, there is no refund and I will finish your commission.
No refunds upon and/or after completion.

TO NOTE:
heavily complex designs may be subject to a complexity fee of 5-15$i do not currently offer backgrounds outside comic commissions. let me know if you want a solid color/gradient/pride flag background - these are free, otherwise the art will be transparent.i am primarily a feral artist and that is where my expertise lies, however I can draw anthros and humanoids. please, keep this in mind before commissioning me for one of these types of characters.
